Justice William Koch Tennessee Supreme Court
Justice Koch was appointed to the Supreme Court in 2007 by Gov. Phil Bredesen. He was Deputy Attorney General of Tennessee at age 30 and Legal Counsel to Gov. Lamar Alexander when he was 34. Justice Koch was appointed to the Tennessee Court of Appeals in 1984. His bachelor's degree is from Trinity College of Hartford, Connecticut, and his law degree is from Vanderbilt. He also has a Master's degree in Judicial Process from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Judge Frank Clement Jr. Tennessee Court of Appeals
Judge Clement was appointed to the Court of Appeals in 2003 after serving as a trial judge in Davidson County (Nashville) since 1995. During his service as a trial judge, he received numerous honors for leadership in the legal community, and he's also been a community leader. He earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Memphis and his law degree from the Nashville School of Law. He was Governor of the Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature in 1972.

Mr. Ramsaur is Executive Director of the Tennessee Bar Association. He has a bachelor of arts in political science from Lambuth University and a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He was with the Tennessee Association of Legal Services for seven years and was executive director of the Nashville Bar Association for 12 years.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Millsaps College, Jackson, Miss., and her law degree from the University of Mississippi.

His specialized areas of academic study include international relations, American politics, and research methods. Dr. Stooksbury is Associate Professor of Political Science at Carson-Newman College. She earned a bachelor's degree from Carson-Newman and her master's and doctorate degrees in Political Science from the University of Tennessee. She teaches courses in American politics, the American legal system,and public policy. Research interests include judicial politics, state constitutional law, federalism, and education policy.
